High in the mountains of Guji, Ethiopia, the Banko Michicha Cooperative cultivates coffee that embodies the elegance and tradition of Ethiopia. At elevations of 2,000–2,500 meters, heirloom landrace varieties mature slowly in fertile soils, developing the delicate flavors that make this region world-renowned. This lot greets the senses with bright aromas of orange blossom, black tea and raspberry, leading to a refined cup full of orange blossom, jasmine and black tea.

The washed process carefully ferments and rinses the coffee cherry, highlighting clarity, florality, and citric brightness. The result is a cup that is both delicate and structured—layered with citrus zest, floral sweetness, and a clean tea-like finish.
